We have also changed our name to Wilde Analysis Ltd to reflect our increased range of finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and reliability engineering solutions.

Wilde's Mike McCarthy is presenting at a one-day seminar, "Reliability Performance Data Analysis" – 11th June 2009, Solihull.
This one day seminar run by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) is aimed at Engineers and Managers concerned with product development, or those involved with reliability improvement of existing products and production processes. Cost demands and legal considerations mean that engineers are now required to deliver ‘expected reliability’ of a product from the outset. This seminar will explore issues surrounding reliability forecasting, demonstrating methods of analysis and assessment to establish valid expectations, as well as the auditable reasoning behind them.
This one day event, with its experienced speakers will highlight and examine the cost and technical advantages of reliability performance data analysis. It will give participants the opportunity to share real life experiences and applications, as well as participating in some hands on workshops.
Mike’s presentation, entitled “Introduction To Weibull Analysis ” , will examine and demonstrate analysis using Weibull and will start with a practical workshop session and plotting data. He will discuss issues such as finding Weibull parameters and determining life characteristics, and will also discuss and demonstrate how to apply and study confidence intervals and how to use methods in other practical situations.
This event was held by IMechE in 2008 and was a ‘’sell out’’; so to avoid dissappointment, book today.
If you would like further details about the presentation, please speak to Mike McCarthy on 0161 474 7479 or email mccarthy@wildefea.co.uk . Alternatively to book your place visit the IMechE website www.imeche.org .
